Alexandria, LA Labor & Delivery / Recovery RN***RELOCATION TO TX REQUIRED*** MLee Healthcare is partnering with a trusted healthcare system to fill a Full-Time Registered Nurse position in the Labor & Delivery/Recovery unit. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to women and children, utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care and positive outcomes.
- Adhere to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and engage in committees, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Uphold professional nursing standards and provide compassionate communication with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or AD).
- Experience: No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications:
- CPR-BCLS certification.
- Labor & Delivery: ACLS and NRP (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- NICU: NRP (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- Pediatrics: PALS or ENPC (to be obtained within 18 months of hire).
